The objective is to spread the christmas feel. They were employed by Capital Land to play christmas tunes to the public using handbells at Clarke Quay. b. Who is the target audience? The people around who are interested in music and who appreciate music. c. How is the event publicized? (In other words, how does the target audience get to know about the event?) There are not much publicity. Capital land publicize on the Clarke Quay website only. Most only know of this event when they saw them when they pass the place. d. Is the event reported in the media? If yes, how widely is it reported? (Do a quick analysis of the reports, in terms of the angles that the media takes, the importance of the coverage, and your opinion of the impact of the coverage). If no, why do you think the media did not cover the event? What do you think could be done to attract media coverage? No. It is not reported. The event is quite small scale and the place is crowded. There are not much space for the media. Maybe do it on a more larger scale and also give more advertisments on the event. Like through the internet or by mouth. If more people attend it, it's more possible for media coverage. e. Assume you are the manager overseeing this project. Evaluate the success / failure of this event. How would you do it differently for greater success? The event is successful as a crowd is formed around the table when the ministry performed the christmas tunes. The music could also be heard far away even if the performers are not seen. I think it will be better if they were publicize and let the public know the exact location for the event.
